Pricing Guide

Full payment is required to confirm your appointment.
Prices displayed are for standard back-length hair, for waist length please select 2X extra length add-on, for bottom length please select 3X extra length add-on when booking.

Hair Extensions Policy

Hair extensions and braiding hair are included in the service prices displayed EXCEPT HUMAN HAIR BUNDLES FOR GODDESS BRAID STYLES, CROTCHET STYLING and SEW-IN BUNDLES.

Children's Appointment

This category Applies to Kids 5 years - 13 years old, 14 years old and above are in the general category.
Kids natural hair longer than back length will incur an additional £15 charge 

 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance, Contact us for emergency cancellation. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in forfeiture of 50% of the service cost.

Reschedule Policy

You may reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours in advance at no charge. Reschedule requests within 48 hours will incur a £10 fee.

You may reschedule your appointment up to two times, after which payment will be forfeited.

​

Lateness Policy

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled or change styling to fit appointment timing remaining.

No-Show Policy

Failure to show up for your appointment without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the service cost and may prevent future bookings.

Hair Preparation

Please arrive with your hair already blown out and detangled. If your hair requires detangling or blow drying at the salon, a £10 charge will be added to your total service cost. Take down and wash service is available at £50, additional fees apply for smaller sizes of takedown. For best results, wash and condition your hair 1-2 days before your appointment. Do not apply heavy oils or products on the day of service.

No Smoking Policy
Our salon is a smoke-free environment. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the salon premises to ensure a pleasant and healthy atmosphere for all clients and staff.

Parking & Arrival

Off-street parking is available on the salon street. Please allow extra time to park and check in upon arrival.

Service Duration

All styling durations displayed are estimates only and may vary depending on the style chosen, your hair length, and hair volume. Your stylist will give you a more personalised time estimate at the start of your appointment.
